You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if we are unable to resolve or address any data related issues or concerns.

Accounts:

Registering an account with us is free & once verified, should be used by the registered person/company only. You are required to keep your company & personal data up to date via your account settings. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect data provided by you. It is also your responsibility to keep your log in information private & secure.

You can delete your account with us at anytime via your account settings. We also hold the right to suspend or terminate your account.

Eligibility:

Our products & services are only available to other businesses. If we can not independently verify your company, your account will be denied.

Ordering:

All orders must be placed via our website shop only. Some products have individual minimum order quantities, which are stated on each product page. If you are ordering low value items, or small quantities, we may decline your order or insist you handle the shipping yourself.

You will be invoiced in our local currency, which is Indonesian Rupiah. Once we receive your order we will provide you with an estimated time frame for your order to be completed & ready for shipping. You will be required to pay a 50% deposit for any 'Products' before we start to process your order. Once your order is complete & ready for shipping, we will contact you for the remaining balance & confirm a mutually agreed dispatch date. Any/all 'Services' have to be paid for in full, before they are provided.

Shipping:

You're welcome to arrange your own shipping, or we can handle this for you using a third party freight or courier company. Any shipping arranged by us, must be paid for before your goods are shipped. Your shipment will be delayed if your payment isn't received in full.

Insurance:

This is a requirement for most forms of international shipping & we strongly recommend that you read the terms & conditions of any insurance policy that you take out. We will not be held responsible for any goods that are lost, damaged or stolen during shipping. Any loss or damage will need to be recovered via your own insurance policy or via the freight/shipping provider.

Import Duties:

You will be required to pay your local import duty on the total amount paid, including shipping & insurance costs (CIF Value) per shipment directly to Customs upon entry to your country. Please be aware that all freight providers charge a daily holding/storage fee, for any delays caused by late import duty payments or incorrect documentation. We will not be held liable for any delays, fee's or charges incurred during importation.

We include 4 or 6 digit International HS Codes for all our products, on our Invoices & on our website.

Indonesian Tax:

Our local tax is already included in our online prices & on all Invoices.

Pricing:

You need to login to your account to view our prices online. All our listed prices are ex-works & include all local taxes. Our prices are set in our local currency, which is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). So when viewing our prices online in any other currency, you will notice minor daily or weekly fluctuations, as global economies are continuously changing.

Payment Terms:

All payments must be made by direct international bank transfer (SWIFT), using our local currency of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any payments made using any other foreign currency will be converted by our bank to IDR, at their current exchange rates.

A minimum 50% deposit is required when ordering any 'Products', the remainder is payable when your order is complete & ready to be shipped. Any 'Services' need to be paid for in full, in advance.

Please note that your shipment will be held, until your payment has been received in full.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

All the goods we supply are checked before been packed & loaded into boxes, crates &/or shipping containers. We therefor do not accept any damaged returns. If any item has been damaged during transit, then you will need to contact your freight insurance company to see if you are eligible for any reimbursement or compensation. In the event of any item(s) being faulty. You will be required to provide photographs & details of the fault, along with when & how it occurred. We will then let you know on a case by case basis if you are eligible for any credit. We will not issue any compensation for any damage or loss caused as a result of any product fault or failure.

Returns:

Physical returns are not required or accepted.

Updates:

Any changes, amendments or updates to our terms & conditions will be uploaded here for you to view. We will email you a notification of any changes or updates so you can review them, before continuing to use our services. By continuing to use our services you will be agreeing to our latest updated terms & conditions in full.

Disputes & Arbitration:

We will aim to resolve any problems, issues or disputes as quickly as possible. However, in the event of any dispute that can not be settled between us & as an Indonesian registered CV company, only Indonesian courts of law will be recognised as been legally binding in their decision(s) regarding any dispute(s).

In the event of any unpaid debt(s) owed to us, we may use a third party debt recovery company or agency of our choice. Or your countries legal system in order to recover any debt(s). You will be held liable & responsible for any/all debt recovery fee's, legal fee's &/or expenses paid by us as a result of any unpaid debt(s).
