Packing & Packaging:

In order to ensure that your goods arrive safely & in one piece, we have to pack the items in various types of packing & packaging.

We try to recycle as much as possible, so you may find shredded paper or recycled cardboard used for internal packing, or between items. However, we do use new boxes for products & whilst we try to avoid plastics, bubble-wrap is currently used on some items. Although we are looking at alternatives where ever possible.

We also use custom sized wooden crates & pallets. These are always made from reclaimed or reused wood.

If you have a preference for any items to be packed in a specific way, just let us know & we will see if it's possible.

We encourage all of our partners to recycle & reuse as much of the packing & packaging as possible.

Container Loading:

We currently do not charge any extra fee's for loading & packing containers.

Bio Security:

Bio-security measures & controls vary from country to country. If you require any specific bio-security measures to be put in place prior to shipping, please contact us with the details, particularly New Zealand & Australian based companies.
