We can also arrange shipping with High Capacity containers or temperature controlled containers as well, POA. Most shipping documents are free to obtain. However, if your order requires any specific documentation from us that carries any fees, then they will be supplied at cost.

Insurance:

This is a requirement for most forms of international shipping & we strongly recommend that you read the terms & conditions of any insurance policy that you take out. We will not be held responsible for any goods that are lost, damaged or stolen during shipping. Any loss or damage will need to be recovered via your own insurance policy, or via the freight/shipping provider.

Import Duties:

You will be required to pay your local import duty on the total amount paid, including shipping & insurance costs (CIF Value) per shipment directly to Customs upon entry. This can vary from 0% to 50% depending on your countries Import Duty Rate & the commodity being shipped. Companies registered in ASEAN countries can be eligible for 0% import duty if a 'certificate of origin' is obtained prior to shipping. Please be aware that all freight providers charge a daily holding/storage fee, for any delays caused by late import duty payments or incorrect documentation.

Indonesian Tax:

Our local tax is already included on our listed prices online & on our Invoices.
